The CNC Machining Center model GAMMA DUALTECH is an advanced machine that combines two machining heads: a milling head and a laser head. The milling head performs traditional metalworking, while the laser head is used for precise engraving and finishing of parts already machined with tools. This integrated approach allows for complete and highly precise machining in a single operating cycle.

Magnetic system: fully automated for the attachment and storage of the laser head

Camera: for viewing the machining process
Cooling unit: for the laser source
Milling head: electrospindle: HF 8.0 kW HSK-E40, 36,000 rpm, liquid cooled
Tool magazine: 9-position HSK-E40 with cones, electronic tool calibration probe, minimal air/oil cooling system, palmtop keyboard with flyer

Laser: high modal quality Q-switched ytterbium fiber laser, average power of 20 W, variable pulse from 4 ns to 200 ns
Laser beam deflection unit: on 3 XYZ axes
LTM linear translation module: to adjust the focus position along the Z axis (+/- 6 mm)
2 XY axes beam deflection module: on a field of 100x100 mm^2, mirrors driven by high-speed galvomotors
Digital control: via standard XY2-100 protocol
Extraction system: integrated on the laser head with filters for the extraction of metal vapors
