One of our clients, operating in the industrial sector, came to us with a specific request: to compare a single job using different laser configurations, in order to quickly and effectively identify the best combination of parameters for optimal results.
Performing this task manually would have required a significant amount of time, reducing efficiency and economic margins. For this reason, the client asked us for technical support to simplify and speed up the process.

Once the request was understood, our technical team immediately got to work with the goal of delivering a practical and concrete solution.
After analyzing the client's needs and the various variables involved, we designed an automated system capable of testing different laser configurations in a systematic, fast, and controlled way.
➡️ THE DEVELOPED SOLUTION: AUTOMATED TESTS TO IDENTIFY THE BEST RESULT
The laser parameters that influence the final result are numerous: power, frequency, speed, pulse duration, just to name a few.
By combining these in different ways, you can achieve a wide range of effects – from deep engraving to satin finishing, from coloration to frosting.
We developed a dedicated interface that allows the user to set up a test matrix: each cell in the matrix corresponds to an execution with different laser parameters, defined according to user-defined rules.
For example, you can vary the frequency from 60 kHz to 120 kHz in 10 kHz steps, or manually enter specific values like 75, 90, or 125 kHz.
It is also possible to change multiple parameters simultaneously (e.g., frequency and speed), offering a broader and more effective overview.
The user receives a grid of sample results to evaluate visually, with the ability to immediately identify which combination delivers the best outcome.
This enables even those with limited laser experience to experiment, learn, and quickly choose the optimal setup.
